Top Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Brazil Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the iOS platform in Brazil saw notable performances from the top navigation and maps applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, Google Maps, Waze Navigation & Live Traffic, Google Earth, Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS, and Speedometer GPS: Speed Tracker stood out with varying trends.

Google Maps experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching a peak of approximately 188K in mid-December. The app maintained a robust weekly active user base, growing from 16M at the start of the quarter to over 17M by the end.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic showed a significant rise in weekly downloads, peaking at 83K in late December. The active user count also increased steadily, ending the quarter at around 6.7M users.

Google Earth had a stable performance with downloads fluctuating between 12K and 19K. The active users saw a slight increase, closing the quarter with approximately 363K users.

For Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS, weekly revenue peaked at $16.2K in late December. Downloads were highest in mid-October at around 19K, with active users reaching over 116K by the quarter's end.

Finally, Speedometer GPS: Speed Tracker had a modest increase in revenue, peaking at $728. Downloads saw a downward trend, while active users remained stable, ending the quarter with about 10.5K users.
